Neumann Components Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 1979 with a handful of experienced and well-qualified engineers from IIT Roorkee, aiming to address manufacturing needs. We started from the basics and began building what today has become one of the best Sheet Metal Manufacturing companies in India. In a very short span, the company has grown with eight factories in India that have well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure.
In 2019, Neumann diversified into plastic parts by adding 19 injection molding machines ranging from 200 to 1080 tons. We are continuously working to satisfy the quality, cost, and delivery needs of all our multinational customers.

Neumann is supplying complete Sheet Metal Parts & Injection Molding Parts to MNCs like LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Bluestar, Honda Motorcycle & Scooters, Honda SIEL, Ashok Leyland,Godrej & Indian Railways. All Eight plants of Neumann has Press shops,Moulding shops, Weld shop, Tool room & Inspection facilities. Neumann has around 200 nos. of power presses ranging from 63 tons to 500 tons with a maximum bed size of 1800*2800 mm. and about 50 nos injection molding machines from 200 to 1080 tons. We have our own Powder Coating facilities. Robot are installed in our press shops and molding shops. Neumann is ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified, thus our standards of customer service distinguish us from our competitors. Our focus is to identify and provide the product at the right price. We pursue open and long-term relationships based on mutual gains and encourage Win/Win relationships with our Customers and Suppliers.

Powder Coating: We have our own Powder Coating facilities which are used to supply Powder Coated components as per Customer Requirements.
Plant Investments: We can make investments in Press Shops & Molding Shops as per customer requirements. For the last 12 years, we have been adding one plant every three years according to our customers' needs.
Automation/Robotics: We have installed Special Purpose Machines for automating our processes.
